Ticket purchases for Insomnia Festival are only valid through the official channels: Shotgun, the official festival website, and authorized ambassadors.
Ticket resales are only allowed via the official Shotgun resale feature, which is the sole recognized and secure platform for this purpose.
Purchasing tickets through TicketSwap is strictly prohibited, and entry to the festival with tickets obtained through this platform will not be allowed.
A valid identification document matching the ticket holder’s details is mandatory at the festival entrance.
