This Gathering is a collaborative effort of the residents of several PSY communities who contribute their time throughout the year on voluntary basis: Keyif (LV), Shayana Festival (LV), Transcendental Spirit (LT), Zodiadelic Tribe (DK), Kalngala Festivāks (LV), DreamCatchers Crew (LV), Magic Forest (LV) and friends!

To get a clearer vision, here is some important gathering information:
– LaRes Gathering passes are personalized, and can be purchased for 1 (one) person per order. The pass can also be purchased at the entrance. Number of attendees is limited, so the price range is dynamic. When presenting the pass at the entrance, a wristband will be issued; You need a wristband to be on the event grounds. All kinds of the Gathering Passes (Community, General, Market, Final & Secret) allow holders to be present in the Gathering’s territory from 4th to 8th of July 2024. The gathering pass should belong to a person whose name is written on the pass. Official document (ID or passport) might be requested at the gate. Passes cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.
– The Gathering pass allows to set up the camp on the festive land. Most favorable camping areas are marked and well-maintained, located under the shade of apple tree gardens and adjacent forest. A designated quiet camping area is marked accordingly (priority to families with kids). Respect privacy, practice consent, and maintain a quiet, clean and fire-safe environment.
– If you arrive with your car or camper, please make sure to get a parking pass. The parking area is maintained by the parking management team, please follow their guidance.
– LaRes community kitchen is run by participants and is vegan friendly, but not limited to that. The kitchen team will be serving healthy meals to all participants and guests throughout the day. Guests are welcome to buy food at the community kitchen and other vendors. Participants are expected to help with the cooking, and get free food as a thank you! Please, bring your reusable tableware and food box/bowl.
– Drinking water is provided on-site (please bring your reusable water bottles).
– Showers will be available to wash off the heat of the day. We will also have bio & toi-toi toilets, as well as technical water for hygiene needs.
– Bonfires are set up in special places throughout the LaRes village (Fire is allowed only in designated places).
– Swimming and water jumping are only allowed in designated areas. Yes, it’s safe, but please be careful and look out for each other. Embrace a body-positive mindset and feel free to swim naked. Lifeguards will be there to ensure everyone’s safety.
– In order to keep the environment pleasant for ourselves, we want to sort waste. There will be waste bins for paper, metal, plastic, recyclable bottles, organic waste, as well as mixed trash.
– A team of volunteers will maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment throughout the entire gathering.
– Security team will take care of the area, main locations and swimming area.
– During the meeting, we encourage you to send social networks on vacation 🙂 However, for your peace of mind, we can whisper that there is stable internet coverage in the area if at some point you need to make an important call.
