Plant and Groove Gathering

At Plant and Groove Gathering, rhythms meet nature. This is a truly one of a kind gathering, so please read on.
In preparation for our 10th anniversary, we will build Orin Aya’s first-ever permaculture garden on our site. And you’re invited to participate in this endeavour.
It will happen on Friday, and local experts will guide the process of collaboration as we plant, design, and build a self-sustaining garden. These local experts will also host workshops where you can learn permaculture techniques like building soil health, rainwater harvesting, and understanding the interrelationships of plants.
After a day of garden building, there will be a dinner for all planters to share.
All materials, equipment and seeds needed for planting will be provided. However, we also want to extend an open invitation to the tribe to contribute their art over the weekend. If you would like to bless our site with your art and magic, now is your opportunity, and we would love to hear from you.
After Friday will be a whole weekend of dance with groovy and stomping tunes out of AYA’s Funktion 1 sound system along with a fully curated line-up locally and interstate sourced.
We will build a home that all Orin Aya Tribe can love and enjoy!
